Happy Energy Solutions are already procured for energy efficiency and carbon saving work to the relevant standards through a number of Frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS)
This comprehensive four year framework encompasses a diverse range of solutions designed to enhance residential properties and improve tenants lives. It enables landlords to seamlessly execute retrofit energy efficiency solutions and property safety refurbishments. Through strategic collaboration with CHIC’s supply chain partners, it includes Consultancy Services, Fabric First Measures, Ventilation Systems, Renewable Energy and Heat Systems, House Refurbishment, Damp and Mould Treatments and cutting edge Digital Measuring Tools and Platforms.
This DPS delivers Asset Decarbonisation and Retrofit Solutions, enabling the procurement of net zero goods, works and services for PfH Members throughout the UK.

The DPS is for contracting authorities and public sector organisations to contract retrofit advice, assessment and installation of measures for low-income households.
